Jigsaw Nest: Art Puzzle is a jigsaw puzzle game for Android made by newtrust ("we"). This page explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have.

In short

You do not make an account and the game never asks for your name, e-mail or any other personal details. Every puzzle picture is built into the app, and your progress and settings stay on your phone. The game uses Google AdMob (rewarded ads) and Google Firebase (anonymous statistics and crash reports), which collect device information described below.

Information collected through Google AdMob

Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as an extra hint once the hints for a puzzle are used up. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob collects your device's advertising ID, IP address (and the approximate location it implies), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your answer at any time with Privacy options in Settings. Information collected through Google Firebase

• Analytics: an app-instance ID and events from play (for example the puzzles started and completed, hints used, points earned, whether an ad was watched), with your device model, Android version, language and country. We use it to understand how the game is played and to improve it. Firebase Analytics does not use your advertising ID.
• Crashlytics: when the game crashes or hits an error, a report with the technical details of the error, the state of the device, and the screen and puzzle that were open. We use it to fix bugs.

This information does not identify you by name. See Privacy and security in Firebase.

On your phone

Puzzles in progress, best results, points, unlocked and favourite pictures, daily check-ins and settings are saved only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game. If you have turned on Android's own backup, Android may include this data in your backup to your Google account; we have no access to it. Points are earned only by playing, have no money value and are used only to unlock pictures in the game; the game has no in-app purchases.

Children

Jigsaw Nest is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ads in the game are limited to content rated for general audiences.

Your choices

• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, use Privacy options in the game's Settings to change your consent.
• Uninstalling the game removes everything it stored on your phone.
• To ask us to delete statistics or crash reports linked to your installation, write to us at the address below.

Keeping and protecting data

Information is sent over encrypted connections and kept by Google for as long as its services keep it (Analytics data up to 14 months, crash reports up to 90 days). We do not sell your information.

Tóm tắt

Bạn không cần tạo tài khoản, và trò chơi không bao giờ hỏi tên, email hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào. Mọi bức tranh đều nằm sẵn trong ứng dụng, tiến trình và cài đặt của bạn chỉ nằm trên điện thoại. Thông tin thu thập qua Google AdMob

Quảng cáo chỉ xuất hiện khi bạn chọn xem để nhận thưởng, ví dụ thêm một lượt gợi ý khi đã dùng hết lượt gợi ý của bức tranh đang ghép. Để hiển thị, đo lường quảng cáo và chống gian lận, AdMob thu thập mã quảng cáo (advertising ID) của thiết bị, địa chỉ IP (và vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ đó), thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng, cùng cách bạn tương tác với quảng cáo. Tại Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh và Thụy Sĩ, trò chơi hỏi ý bạn trước khi cá nhân hóa quảng cáo, và bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào bằng mục "Tùy chọn quyền riêng tư" trong Cài đặt. Thông tin thu thập qua Google Firebase

• Analytics: một mã định danh của bản cài đặt và các sự kiện khi chơi (ví dụ bức tranh đã bắt đầu và đã ghép xong, lượt gợi ý đã dùng, điểm nhận được, có xem quảng cáo hay không), kèm mẫu máy, phiên bản Android, ngôn ngữ và quốc gia. Chúng tôi dùng để hiểu cách người chơi chơi và cải thiện trò chơi. Firebase Analytics không dùng mã quảng cáo của bạn.
• Crashlytics: khi trò chơi bị dừng đột ngột hoặc gặp lỗi, một báo cáo gồm chi tiết kỹ thuật của lỗi, trạng thái thiết bị, cùng màn hình và bức tranh đang mở. Chúng tôi dùng để sửa lỗi.

Trên điện thoại của bạn

Các bức tranh đang ghép dở, kết quả tốt nhất, điểm, các bức đã mở khóa và yêu thích, lịch điểm danh hằng ngày và cài đặt chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị của bạn và bị xóa khi bạn gỡ trò chơi. Nếu bạn bật tính năng sao lưu của Android, Android có thể đưa dữ liệu này vào bản sao lưu trong tài khoản Google của bạn; chúng tôi không truy cập được bản sao lưu đó. Điểm chỉ kiếm được bằng cách chơi, không có giá trị tiền tệ và chỉ dùng để mở khóa tranh trong trò chơi; trò chơi không có mua hàng trong ứng dụng.

Trẻ em

Jigsaw Nest không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi, và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em. Quảng cáo trong trò chơi được giới hạn ở nội dung dành cho mọi lứa tuổi.

Lựa chọn của bạn

Lưu giữ và bảo vệ dữ liệu

Thông tin được gửi qua kết nối mã hóa và được Google lưu giữ theo thời hạn của các dịch vụ đó (dữ liệu Analytics tối đa 14 tháng, báo cáo lỗi tối đa 90 ngày). Chúng tôi không bán thông tin của bạn.

Jigsaw Nest: Art Puzzle ist ein Puzzlespiel für Android von newtrust („wir“). Diese Seite erklärt, welche Informationen das Spiel erhebt, wozu, und welche Wahlmöglichkeiten du hast.

Kurz gesagt

Du legst kein Konto an, und das Spiel fragt nie nach deinem Namen, deiner E-Mail-Adresse oder anderen persönlichen Angaben. Alle Bilder sind in der App enthalten, und Fortschritt und Einstellungen bleiben auf deinem Gerät. Über Google AdMob erhobene Informationen

Um Werbung auszuliefern und zu messen und Betrug zu verhindern, erhebt AdMob die Werbe-ID deines Geräts, die IP-Adresse (und den ungefähren Standort, der sich daraus ergibt), Geräte- und App-Informationen sowie deine Interaktionen mit Werbung. Im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum, im Vereinigten Königreich und in der Schweiz fragt das Spiel nach deiner Einwilligung, bevor Werbung personalisiert wird; über „Datenschutzoptionen“ in den Einstellungen kannst du deine Wahl jederzeit ändern. Über Google Firebase erhobene Informationen

• Analytics: eine App-Instanz-ID und Ereignisse aus dem Spiel (zum Beispiel begonnene und gelöste Puzzles, genutzte Tipps, verdiente Punkte, ob eine Werbung angesehen wurde), mit Gerätemodell, Android-Version, Sprache und Land. Wir nutzen sie, um zu verstehen, wie gespielt wird, und das Spiel zu verbessern. Firebase Analytics verwendet deine Werbe-ID nicht.
• Crashlytics: stürzt das Spiel ab oder tritt ein Fehler auf, ein Bericht mit den technischen Details des Fehlers, dem Zustand des Geräts sowie dem geöffneten Bildschirm und Puzzle. Wir nutzen ihn, um Fehler zu beheben.

Auf deinem Gerät

Angefangene Puzzles, Bestleistungen, Punkte, freigeschaltete und favorisierte Bilder, tägliche Check-ins und Einstellungen werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und beim Deinstallieren gelöscht. Wenn du die Android-Sicherung aktiviert hast, kann Android diese Daten in deine Sicherung im Google-Konto aufnehmen; wir haben darauf keinen Zugriff. Punkte gibt es nur durchs Spielen, sie haben keinen Geldwert und dienen nur zum Freischalten von Bildern im Spiel; das Spiel hat keine In-App-Käufe.

Kinder

Jigsaw Nest richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren, und wir erheben wissentlich keine Informationen von ihnen. Werbung im Spiel ist auf Inhalte für alle Altersgruppen beschränkt.

Deine Wahlmöglichkeiten

• Du kannst deine Werbe-ID in den Einstellungen deines Geräts zurücksetzen oder löschen (Einstellungen › Google › Werbung).
• Im EWR, im Vereinigten Königreich und in der Schweiz änderst du deine Einwilligung über „Datenschutzoptionen“ in den Einstellungen des Spiels.
• Beim Deinstallieren wird alles gelöscht, was das Spiel auf deinem Gerät gespeichert hat.
• Um die Löschung von Statistiken oder Absturzberichten zu deiner Installation zu verlangen, schreib uns an die Adresse unten.

Aufbewahrung und Schutz

Informationen werden verschlüsselt übertragen und von Google so lange aufbewahrt, wie dessen Dienste es vorsehen (Analytics-Daten bis zu 14 Monate, Absturzberichte bis zu 90 Tage). Wir verkaufen deine Informationen nicht.

En resumen

No creas ninguna cuenta y el juego nunca te pide tu nombre, tu correo ni otros datos personales. Todas las imágenes vienen dentro de la aplicación, y tu progreso y tus ajustes se quedan en tu teléfono. El juego usa Google AdMob (anuncios con recompensa) y Google Firebase (estadísticas anónimas e informes de errores), que recogen la información del dispositivo que se describe a continuación.

Información recogida por Google AdMob

Los anuncios solo aparecen cuando decides ver uno a cambio de una recompensa, por ejemplo una pista extra cuando ya has gastado las pistas de un rompecabezas. Para mostrar y medir los anuncios y evitar el fraude, AdMob recoge el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo, la dirección IP (y la ubicación aproximada que se deduce de ella), información del dispositivo y de la aplicación, y cómo interactúas con los anuncios. En el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido y Suiza, el juego te pide tu consentimiento antes de personalizar los anuncios, y puedes cambiar tu respuesta en cualquier momento en «Opciones de privacidad» de los Ajustes. Consulta Cómo utiliza Google la información de los sitios web o aplicaciones que usan sus servicios.

Información recogida por Google Firebase

• Analytics: un identificador de la instalación y eventos de juego (por ejemplo, los rompecabezas empezados y completados, las pistas usadas, los puntos ganados o si se vio un anuncio), con el modelo del dispositivo, la versión de Android, el idioma y el país. Lo usamos para entender cómo se juega y mejorar el juego. Firebase Analytics no usa tu identificador de publicidad.
• Crashlytics: si el juego se cierra de golpe o sufre un error, un informe con los detalles técnicos del error, el estado del dispositivo y la pantalla y el rompecabezas que estaban abiertos. Lo usamos para corregir errores.

En tu teléfono

Los rompecabezas a medias, tus mejores resultados, los puntos, las imágenes desbloqueadas y favoritas, los registros diarios y los ajustes se guardan solo en tu dispositivo y se borran al desinstalar el juego. Si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de Android, Android puede incluir estos datos en tu copia de seguridad de la cuenta de Google; nosotros no tenemos acceso a ella. Los puntos solo se ganan jugando, no tienen valor monetario y solo sirven para desbloquear imágenes del juego; el juego no tiene compras integradas.

Menores

Jigsaw Nest no está dirigido a menores de 13 años y no recogemos a sabiendas información de ellos. Los anuncios del juego se limitan a contenido apto para todos los públicos.

Tus opciones

• Puedes restablecer o eliminar tu identificador de publicidad en los ajustes del teléfono (Ajustes › Google › Anuncios).
• En el EEE, el Reino Unido y Suiza, usa «Opciones de privacidad» en los Ajustes del juego para cambiar tu consentimiento.
• Al desinstalar el juego se borra todo lo que guardó en tu teléfono.
• Para pedirnos que eliminemos las estadísticas o los informes de errores de tu instalación, escríbenos a la dirección de abajo.

Conservación y protección

Google Firebase を通じて収集される情報

端末内のデータ

途中のパズル、ベスト記録、ポイント、解放した絵とお気に入り、毎日のチェックイン、設定はお使いの端末にのみ保存され、ゲームをアンインストールすると削除されます。Android のバックアップを有効にしている場合、Android がこれらのデータを Google アカウントのバックアップに含めることがありますが、私たちはそのバックアップにアクセスできません。ポイントはプレイによってのみ獲得でき、金銭的価値はなく、ゲーム内の絵を解放するためだけに使われます。ゲームにアプリ内課金はありません。

子どもについて

Jigsaw Nest は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としておらず、私たちが子どもの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。ゲーム内の広告は全年齢向けの内容に制限されています。

あなたが選べること

휴대전화에 저장되는 정보

진행 중인 퍼즐, 최고 기록, 포인트, 잠금 해제한 그림과 즐겨찾기, 매일 출석 기록, 설정은 기기에만 저장되며 게임을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. Android 백업을 켜 두었다면 Android가 이 데이터를 Google 계정 백업에 포함할 수 있으며, 저희는 그 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다. 포인트는 플레이로만 얻을 수 있고 금전적 가치가 없으며 게임 속 그림을 잠금 해제하는 데만 쓰입니다. 게임에는 인앱 구매가 없습니다.

아동

Jigsaw Nest는 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 저희는 아동의 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 게임 내 광고는 전체 이용가 콘텐츠로 제한됩니다.
